Area Sales Manager /Business Development Manager
Position: ?Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Talent Partners are currently looking to recruit an accomplished sales
professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding
business targets to join an established company in the Cork region.

As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling
financial products and add-on products to an established and growing
customer base.

We are looking to identify a self-starter, highly motivated, target
driven individual , who is capable of using their own initiative and
network base to drive existing and new sales in Cork region and
beyond.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
? Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and
customer/prospect contact to achieve agreed new business targets
? Implement initiatives in order to grow, develop and retain
business customers
? Schedule appointments, attend and present at external customer
meetings to review service requirements and determine additional
opportunities on a daily basis
? Proactively seek and close additional sales through cold-calling,
leads, networking and customer referrals
? Plan and implement regional business marketing activities aimed at
generating strategic account opportunities.
? Analyse market activity and trends
? Continuously update all customers on company product
modifications, changes, and enhancements

Candidate Profile
? Self-motivated and driven attitude demonstrating a ?can do?
attitude with a proactivity mind set
? Excellent communication and rapport building skills are essential
? Track record in account management
? Excellent time management and planning skills, ability to
prioritise tasks
? Be task and process orientated
? Experience of using Management Information Systems to record and
utilise sales
? Strong Team Spirit and Commitment
? Astute business acumen with a flair for financial risk analysis
? Commercially customer-focused
? Ability to read and understand financial statements a must
